Notes
 
•    A flight of steps is defined as a stairway set of steps between 1 floor or landing
and the next flight of steps. On many jobs, there are two flights per floor.
 
•    No stocking charges apply for interior elevators where we can roll a completely
loaded cart of material onto the elevator.
 
•    Any material that can not be rolled into a Hoist on a cart, but needs to be stood
up, will carry the same charges as if it was to be stocked into an Interior Elevator.

Material Returns, Unstocking Jobs

Moving material on job site
This is for material already onsite that a customer asks to be moved onsite
 
labor $2.00 per sheet for all drywall (there will be no material credit)
$ .50 per bucket for all joint compound (there will be no material credit)
$1.00 per box of ceiling tile, bundle of insulation, bundle of 20ga or 25ga metal
$ .50 per piece of 18ga or heavier metal that does not come bundled together

(Additional fees will apply per CBSI schedule if walked up or down steps, in
an elevator or handed up or down.)
 

Small Deliveries
 
res-small Residential Small Delivery
Any delivery to a residential job that is less than $250.00.
No charge for tool and fastener deliveries.
No charge for material B/O due to being Capitol's fault.		 $ 25.00
 
com-small Commercial Small Delivery
Any delivery to a commercial job that is less than $1,000.00.
No charge for tool and fastener deliveries.
No charge for material B/O due to being Capitol's fault.		 $ 50.00
 

Crane Service
 
crane Cost of Crane, + 5% administrative fee on all cranes
 
flagman Flaggers, $50.00 per hour for flagger required
 
tc Customer pays cost of all permits and traffic control
 

Boom Other Material on Job Sites
 
labor $250.00 per hour for operator and boom truck, 2 hour minimum
$50.00 per hour per man if labor needed to unload/deliver
 

Returned Delivery Charges
 
rd $500.00 if boom delivery
 
rdf $250.00 if flatbed delivery
This is based on CBSI confirming delivery date and time with customer and
CBSI living up to it's obligations on the order.
 

Early Morning, Late Evening, or Night Deliveries
 
CBSI will schedule deliveries from 5:00am until 6:00pm, Monday
through Friday, at no additional charge.
 
emf Flatbed- customer requests a delivery time 4:30am or earlier. $175.00 per delivery
 
emb Boom- customer requests a delivery time 4:30am or earlier. $250.00 per delivery
 
nf Flatbed- customer requests a delivery time 6:30pm or later. $175.00 per delivery
 
nb Boom- customer requests a delivery time 6:30pm or later. $250.00 per delivery
 

Sunday Delivery Charges
 
sc Boom Delivery or Crane Job $750.00 minimum no exceptions.
 
scf Flatbed Delivery $250.00 minimum no exceptions.
 
*crane charges, traffic control, permitting, and flagman charges will be charge separately
