Dear Applicant,
Click on the appropriate credit application link below to obtain credit with Capitol Building Supply, Inc.. Complete the credit application, including original signatures, and return it to the address listed below.

| • | We cannot start processing an application until the original signed copy has been received at our Manassas Corporate Office. |
In order to verify trade references that you have given, you must list your customer number or account number with each trade reference.
Upon receipt of the application, allow our credit department 7-10 business days to process the application. If your account is entitled to a sales tax exemption, please mark the appropriate box on the application. Enclose a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate along with your application.
If certain authorized persons are to be named to make purchases on your account, you must submit an Authorized Buyers List to our credit department. It will be incorporated with your application. We ask that all personal guarantees on our credit application be signed by the individual or individuals who are the owners of the named entity on the application.
